The ECOSYS 2025 conference is organized in honor of Professor Ahmed BOUKLATA, an eminent professor of economics and management, former head of the Department of Management Sciences and Techniques at the Higher School of Technology of Fez, and founding member of the conference organizing committee. We pay heartfelt tribute to his dedication, scientific rigor, and kindness, which have deeply marked our department and the entire academic community. Combining pedagogical excellence, intellectual rigor, and a strong sense of collective commitment, he made an essential contribution to teaching, scientific research, and university governance, thereby constituting a lasting pillar of our institution. His intellectual legacy, humility, and human values continue to inspire this conference, which is dedicated to him with gratitude and respect.

ECOSYS'25 positions itself at the heart of the profound transformations driven by artificial intelligence (AI) in business ecosystems. This international event brings together researchers, professionals, and decision-makers to address the major challenges and opportunities related to the integration of AI in organizational practices and management professions.

In a context of accelerated digitalization, ECOSYS 2025 offers a multidisciplinary platform for exchange and reflection aimed at understanding how companies can leverage AI to enhance their agility, performance, and social responsibility. The discussions will highlight the reinvention of organizational models, human-machine collaboration, as well as ethical, social, and professional issues.

The conference aims to propose concrete pathways to support the digital transformation of businesses, anticipating the social, human, and professional implications of this technological revolution, with a particular focus on the evolution of management practices and professions. ECOSYS'25 thus establishes itself as an essential forum to think about and shape AI-augmented business ecosystems.
